In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.

5. Bespoke Stitching

For custom and bespoke orders:

• Customers must provide accurate measurements

• We are not responsible for incorrect sizing resulting from incorrect measurements submitted

• Minor variations (1–2 cm) may occur due to manual tailoring and fabric behaviour

• Fabric, colour tones, and embroidery may slightly vary from images

Important:
Bespoke and customised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

6. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly.

• In-stock items are typically delivered within 2–3 working days within the UK

• Some items may require additional processing and delivery time depending on availability and sourcing

• Estimated delivery times may vary by product and will be communicated where applicable

Orders may be shipped in separate packages if items are sourced from different locations.

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times may vary depending on the product type.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligible Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Non-Returnable Items:

• Bespoke/custom stitched items

• Personalised products

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.
