Order processing times vary depending on the product type.

• In-stock items are usually processed quickly and may be dispatched the same day or within 1 working day.

• Some items may require additional processing time depending on availability and sourcing.

• Bespoke/custom stitched items require extra preparation time before dispatch.

2. Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary by product.

As a general guide:

• In-stock UK items: typically 2–3 working days

• Other items: delivery times may be longer depending on availability, sourcing, and fulfilment arrangements

• Bespoke/custom stitching: delivery times will usually be longer and depend on production requirements

The UK government says goods should be delivered within 30 days unless a different period has been agreed with the customer.

3. Split shipments

If your order contains items from different stock sources or with different processing times, your order may arrive in separate packages.

4. Delivery delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances outside our control, including:

• customs or clearance processes;

• severe weather;

• high demand periods;

• operational disruption.

5. Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery details are accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
